What is LoFT?

A Leap of Faith Together (LoFT) is the first in a series of multi-lateral collaborations in intercultural dialogue to be developed as part of The British Council’s South East Europe Region, Living Together project. As with all the projects that will operate under the Living Together brand, LoFT is being developed in collaboration with a key partner, in this case, the UK-based Faith Regen Foundation.

LoFT will act as a path-finding project for Living Together, giving participating countries the chance to explore what is meant by a multi-lateral collaboration in the context of Living Together, as well as to work on a project that looks at intercultural dialogue both within national borders, and on a wider regional basis.

The outcomes for the programme will centre around:

• Promoting inter-cultural dialogue
• Developing sustainable bridges across communities
• Developing practical skills amongst participants in organization, leadership, communication, team-working, negotiating, influencing, presenting and conflict resolution
